About the platform
What is Remoby?
Remoby is a self-service platform for buying traffic. We provide direct access to large volumes of high-quality traffic with flexible pricing models, advanced targeting, and powerful campaign optimization tools.
Is it a new ad platform?
We’ve been in the advertising market for almost 5 years, bringing together experts with 17+ years of individual experience and building B2B partnerships with other networks. Now we’re open for advertisers — brands, agencies, and affiliates — as part of a major ad tech holding.
Traffic and formats
What ad formats do you support?
- Popunder — our core format
- Engagement ads — traffic warmed up through engaging funnels
- In-App — coming soon
What are your traffic volumes?
We offer 10B+ impressions daily across Pop ads and Engagement ads.
What GEOs do you cover?
We have worldwide coverage across all tiers, with the deepest inventory in Tier-2 and Tier-3 — these GEOs are great for testing new offers and scaling at low CPMs.
On what websites do you show my ads?
We don’t publish a specific list of sites — this is standard practice for traffic platforms: our traffic partners operate under confidentiality agreements, and inventory is dynamic.
However, you have full control over where your campaign runs:
- Identify ad placements by placement ID filter in statistics.
- Based on performance data, you can build whitelists of profitable placements or blacklists of underperforming ones.
- If you need a specific type of traffic (vertical or source quality tier), your manager can set this up.
On our side, we maintain inventory quality: all traffic partners are verified, and traffic passes through our anti-fraud system before reaching your campaign.
Pricing and deposits
What pricing models do you support? Which one to choose?
- CPM
- SmartCPM (the system places fair bid for each placement automatically to maximize campaign efficiency)
- CPC (for Engagement Ads)
- TargetCPA (available only with a personal manager)
If you’re using Pop ads, pick between a fixed CPM and a SmartCPM models. Engagement Ads works with CPC pricing. To activate Target CPA, refer to your account manager.
Do you work on prepay or postpay?
All campaigns run on prepaid balance only.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Crypto
- Wire transfer
We do not accept credit cards at the moment.
What’s the minimum deposit?
- Crypto — from $100
- Wire — from $500
What CPM rates can I expect?
You can set any CPM rate. However, for better results we display in your account a traffic chart with up-to-date rates by GEO and format.
Launching and managing campaigns
What bid should I set?
You will find the optimal CPM rate in the traffic chart. You can set a lower bid, but in that case:
- Caps may not be filled
- Quality may vary based on the bid
- You may underbuy your planned traffic volume
What is the recommended budget?
Campaign budget varies on the vertical and marketing goal. We recommend 5 days of campaign running to receive a significant number of conversions. This way you can evaluate the campaign results and be able to optimize it by subsources. Usually, the campaign budget starts from $500 per GEO.
What frequency cap do you recommend?
3 impressions per 24 hours (3/24) — the optimal balance between volume and quality.
Do you provide creatives?
No, the advertiser prepares landing pages themselves. For Engagement Ads, pre-landers are already set and vary depending on your offer’s vertical.
Do you support RTB?
Yes, we support RTB. Same conditions apply — prepay only. Integration and guidelines may be requested from your account manager.
What is Audience intent level targeting?
Audience intent level targeting groups users by their potential conversion intent.
- High-intent – users with strong conversion signals, best for immediate results.
- Considering – balanced cost and volume, steady performance, good for gradual scaling.
- Exploring – broad audience with early-stage interest; ideal for testing and reach expansion.
For initial tests, we suggest including High-intent and Considering options. For maximum reach, leave all three options checked

Engagement Ads
A format where the user first interacts with a funnel (for example, answers a survey) before landing on the advertiser’s offer. As a result, you get an engaged, more relevant audience — conversion rates and traffic quality are typically higher than with cold pop traffic.
How do Engagement Ads funnels work?
Engagement Ads is Remoby’s own ad format. It generates traffic through multi-step interactions – funnels that adapt to the offer’s vertical and engage users before they reach the advertiser’s offer.
Our tests prove that users who come from Engagement Ads show x5 conversion rate compared to general Pop ads.
- A user clicks on a publisher site: A new tab or window opens silently in the background while the user continues browsing.
- Engaging mechanics start: Inside the tab, the user goes through engaging mechanics tailored to the vertical to build intent and screen out low-quality traffic naturally.
- Redirect to the offer: After the flow, traffic reaches your page – protected from bots, with higher conversion intent. You pay CPC, only for users who completed the funnel.
Who creates these funnels / prelanders?
All funnels are built by Remoby and based on proprietary data models. They are continuously tested and optimized for efficiency.
Moderation and policy
Do you have a policy for advertisers?
Yes, all our advertisers must follow our internal policy. If you have a specific case in mind, reach out to your manager — we’ll review it individually and let you know what passes and what doesn’t.
How long does moderation take?
On average — around 2 minutes.
Do I need to verify my account before I start with Remoby?
Yes, after registration every account goes through a verification process.
Why wasn’t my account verified
- The offer doesn’t meet our advertiser policy.
- Registration details were filled incorrectly.
What should I do if my campaign is rejected?
- Review our advertiser policy.
- Adjust your landing page or targeting settings.
- Create a new campaign with the updates applied.
If your campaign has been rejected, please address all policy violations and resubmit the campaign.
Tracking and integration
Do you support postback?
Yes, Remoby supports S2S postback. Please refer to the Tracking section in your account.
Is there a delay in your statistics?
Yes, advertisers may experience a reporting delay of up to 1 hour.
What time zone are your statistics in?
The statistics are in UTC time zone.
Can I pass macros in tracking links?
You can use the following variables (macros) to track data you’re interested in through your URL and your tracking system:
| Name of the macros | Variable is displayed in the tracking link | Definition |
|---|---|---|
| campaign ID | {{.CampaignID}} | ID of the campaign |
| placement ID | {{.PlacementID}} | unique ID of the placement where the ad is displayed |

| сountry | {{.Country2}} | the name of the user’s country |
| language | {{.Lang}} | the language of the user’s browse |
| cost | {{.SelfServiceCost}} | the price of the click/impressions |
Troubleshooting
Why isn’t my traffic running?
Quick checklist of likely causes:
- Low balance – campaigns are stopped if there are insufficient funds on the balance. If you have a negative or zero balance, your campaign will not start.
- Bid is below the recommended level — raise it to the system’s suggested rate.
- Targeting is too narrow — try expanding GEO, OS, or browser settings.
- Frequency cap is too tight — increase it to the recommended 3/24.
- Creatives or landing page failed moderation — check policy requirements, edit the creatives and start a new campaign.
If everything checks out and there’s still no traffic — reach out to your manager
Why don’t I see conversions?
Conversions are reported via postback — so if they’re not showing up, the issue is almost always in the tracking setup:
- Postback URL. Verify it matches the format from your Remoby dashboard, with all required parameters in place.
- Click ID passed end-to-end. The {{.ClickID}} macro must travel from Remoby → tracker → offer → back to Remoby. If it’s lost at any step, conversions won’t attribute.
- Conversion firing on the offer side. Confirm with your affiliate manager that conversions are actually being registered on the network’s end.
- Reporting delay. Conversions can take some time to appear in reports.
If everything checks out and conversions still aren’t visible, send your campaign ID and a sample postback URL to your manager — we’ll help.
Why don’t I see clicks in my campaigns?
Pop ads open directly on your destination URL, so without a tracker, there’s no click event to register.
Quick checks:
- Tracker in the chain. Place a tracker (Voluum, Bemob, Keitaro, Binom, etc.) between the pop URL and your final landing page.
- Click macro in the URL. Without {{.ClickID}} in your destination URL, the tracker can’t identify individual visits.
- Tracker is receiving visits. Check your tracker’s logs — if visits aren’t arriving, the issue is in the redirect step, not on Remoby’s side.
- Reporting delay. Click data may take a few minutes to sync between systems.
If your setup looks correct and clicks still aren’t appearing, share a screenshot of your funnel and the campaign ID with your manager.
Why was my campaign rejected?
All advertisers must follow our Terms and Ad Quality Guidelines. Check our policy rules and rules for campaign setup before starting the campaign.
If the reason for rejection isn’t clear, please refer to your personal manager — just include your full account details and the affected campaign ID(s).
