Technical leadAbout UsWe are a fast-growing technology company operating in the international programmatic advertising market. Our core product is a Demand Side Platform (DSP) that processes 100,000 requests per second and delivers 90 million ad impressions per day. We work across multiple international markets.
Our In-App product is already running in production and is profitable. We’re now spinning this direction off into a separate company — AdForce — and building an autonomous engineering team around it. The goal is to take the product end-to-end and accelerate its development.
We remain a small team, combining a startup mindset with pragmatism. We value:
- deep technical expertise;
- fast decision-making;
- ownership.
You’re a Great Fit If You:- Can take ownership of an existing production product: quickly understand the current architecture, constraints, and bottlenecks, and improve the system without regressing performance or results;
- Can design and evolve the architecture of high-load, low-latency services, as well as the data infrastructure;
- Understands (or can quickly learn) how DSPs, RTB auctions, and the digital advertising ecosystem work;
- Can translate business goals into a technical strategy, roadmap, and a clear execution plan;
- Has experience building teams: hiring, onboarding, growth, feedback, performance management;
- Builds processes that keep development speed high without losing reliability and quality;
- Works well at the product/engineering boundary: clarifies requirements, challenges assumptions with solid reasoning, and proposes solutions;
- Has experience introducing engineering standards: code review, CI/CD, testing, documentation, baseline security practices;
- Takes responsibility for outcomes and is comfortable making decisions.
What You’ll Do:- Lead the spin-off of an already running In-App product into a standalone company;
- Own the current codebase / infrastructure / operations: ensure stability, performance, predictable releases, and a strong developer experience;
- Build and lead the In-App engineering team (initially: Data Analyst/Scientist, Data Engineer, Full-stack Frontend, Full-stack Backend/High-load, DevOps);
- Scale big data systems: data collection, storage, retention/lifecycle management, and reporting;
- Introduce engineering standards: code review, CI/CD, testing, documentation, baseline security practices;
- Work on priorities together with the business: decomposition, estimation, planning, releases;
- Ensure proper integrations within the DSP ecosystem (shared components, data contracts, interfaces) and, when needed, coordinate with the Web direction.
Nice to have:- Experience in AdTech/MarTech, especially with DSP/SSP, OpenRTB, in-app inventory, and integrations with exchanges/supply partners;
- Understanding of mobile attribution and measurement (MMPs, SKAdNetwork, anti-fraud);
- Experience with event streaming and analytical storage (queues, real-time analytics, columnar databases);
- Production ML experience (features, pipelines, model serving, bidding optimization);
- Experience building self-serve interfaces and developer-friendly APIs (versioning, rate limiting, documentation).
Our Tech Stack is:Golang, Vue.js, Python, GitLab, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Airflow, Docker, Grafana, k8s, VictoriaMetrics, Kafka, Aerospike, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, Python, Sklearn, PyMC3
What We Offer:- You’ll work on a live production product and see results immediately;
- A real opportunity to build a dedicated engineering function in a new company;
- Challenges at scale where speed, cost, data quality, and reliability matter;
- Flexible schedule and remote-friendly setup;
- Transparent performance-based bonus system;
- A strong team with deep AdTech expertise.
