We are a fast-growing technology company operating in the international programmatic advertising market. Our core product is a Demand Side Platform (DSP) that processes 100,000 requests per second and delivers 90 million ad impressions per day. We work across multiple international markets.
Our In-App product is already running in production and is profitable. We’re now spinning this direction off into a separate company — AdForce — and building an autonomous engineering team around it. The goal is to take the product end-to-end and accelerate its development.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
  • Understands how DSPs, RTB auctions, and the digital advertising ecosystem work;
  • Knows how to define and prioritize requirements, manage a product backlog, and build a roadmap;
  • Can turn user and business needs into clear user stories and technical tasks;
  • Is able to make independent product decisions and back them up with strong reasoning;
  • Has experience collaborating with developers, designers, analysts, and QA within Agile/Scrum;
  • Can find the right balance between release speed and product quality;
  • Enjoys working in a team and takes ownership of results.

What You’ll Do:
  • Drive the development of the Self-Service direction within the DSP — from idea to launch and performance analysis;
  • Collect user feedback, run customer development interviews, and test hypotheses;
  • Work closely with designers on UX/UI and ensure quality implementation;
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, manage releases;
  • Work with analytics: define success metrics, monitor KPIs, run A/B tests;
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities;
  • Ensure that Self-Service features are fully aligned with other platform modules.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in AdTech / MarTech, especially with DSPs or ad management platforms;
  • Understanding of DMP, audience targeting, and API integrations;
  • Data analysis skills (SQL, BI) for hypothesis validation.
