Optimization Manager

About Us
We are a fast-growing technology company operating in the international programmatic advertising market. Our core product is a Demand Side Platform (DSP) capable of processing up to 70,000 requests per second and delivering over 20 million ad impressions per day.
Despite our compact team, we build highly efficient solutions that successfully compete with industry giants. We combine the startup spirit with a mature engineering approach, valuing flexibility, fast decision-making, and deep technical expertise.
Our primary focus is on developing intelligent bidding algorithms that automatically identify the most effective auctions. We work with both in-app and web advertising, covering global markets.
We follow the Scrum methodology with weekly sprints, keeping our processes lean and bureaucracy-free.

Due to active company growth, we are looking for an experienced Optimization Manager to join our AdTech team.

  • A/B testing experience (formats, creatives, landings, GEOs, bids, etc.)
  • Experience setting up tracking, pixels, and postbacks

What We Offer:
  • Fully remote work and flexible schedule — no strict office hours, just results.
