We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in AdTech, digital marketing analytics, or adjacent data-driven fields;
Has excellent knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience working with analytical databases (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, etc.);
Is confident in Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, data visualization libraries);
Understands basic statistics and knows how to apply it in analytics tasks;
Can turn raw data into actionable insights: formulate hypotheses, validate them, and clearly present findings;
Knows how to build dashboards and analytical reports and is comfortable explaining analytical results to non-technical stakeholders;
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a cross-functional team.
You will work on:
Analyzing large volumes of advertising data and identifying insights that help improve bidding strategies and campaign performance;
Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and ML-driven optimizations;
Designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and monitoring systems for product and operational metrics;
Conducting research on traffic sources, user behavior, and performance trends across different markets;
Supporting Data Science and Engineering teams with analytical deep dives, feature evaluations, and data validation;
Working closely with Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, and BI specialists on cross-functional tasks.
